Dante AES67 Guide

Important: AES67 will only be visible in Dante Controller if audio is actively being sent. If no sound is playing, the device will not appear in Dante Controller.

Please follow these steps to make AES76 work:

  1. Click on Options → Open Audio Addon Settings for that device, select AES67, and click Apply.

  1. After the reboot, click on Options → Advanced Settings and ensure that Audio over IP is turned on.

  1. Once it reboots again, test the setup.

If AES67 does not function properly after completing this setup, perform a factory reset of the unit and repeat the process.
