How to update your matrix device?

Make a direct connection to your matrix using a LAN cable. Below, you will find an example of how to do that.

1. Open the Web UI

Set your computer's IP address to be in the same range as the matrix to establish proper communication.

1. Admin Login

Log in with administrator credentials to gain access to the required settings.

1. Navigate to Advanced Settings

Head to the Advanced Settings section and verify the currently installed firmware version.

1. Select the Firmware File

Click Browse to locate the correct firmware file for your matrix. You can download the latest firmware from the All Files & Documents page.

1. Begin the Update

Start the update and avoid turning off the matrix during the process.

1. Confirm the Update

Once completed, confirm that the firmware has been successfully updated.
